We ship via the US Postal Service with a choice for US customers of First Class, Priority or Express Mail with free shipping on orders over $75 for the US and Canada. Orders are usually shipped the first business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, usually ship on the following Monday.
We are a small boutique where most of our items are one of a kind creations. Since we don't have high volume sales, we don't have access to the special shipping rates available to large businesses. Rather than pricing items higher to cover the shipping costs, we try to keep our prices reasonable and affordable. We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee (see return policy) with full refund and no restocking fees.

For customers in our home state of Oklahoma, since first class shipping is as fast as USPS Priority, we ship USPS First Class and only charge $3.50 shipping for orders under $75 and free shipping for orders over $75.
Shipping to international addresses usually take 1 to 3 weeks depending on location.
Duty and taxes, if any, charged by the customer's country are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that some countries have restrictions on jewelry imports. If an order is denied delivery because of Customs regulations, the person ordering is responsible for the shipping charges for returned orders.
We suggest you check with your country's Customs prior to ordering to make sure what you are ordering can pass through Customs.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you change your mind after placing an order, simply send us an e-mail requesting a cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already shipped, then the return policy applies.
At The Zen Lady, we strive to create works of art and original designs that will fulfill our customers' satisfaction. However, if an item does not fit, is damaged in shipping, or does not meet expectations, the item may be returned for a full refund of the price of the item if it is returned within 30 days from date of receipt. Detailed written instructions for return procedures will be included with all purchases.
Let us know if your purchase is a gift as the 30 day refund period begins upon opening of the gift.
